This Privacy Policy describes how IMPERA collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulation and related Guidelines.

1. Data controller identity and address

IMPERA ELITE SERVICES S.A.S. (hereinafter "IMPERA"), with Mexican Tax ID (RFC) IES240626TQ3, registered office at Mexico City, Mexico, is the party responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.

Identification data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone (landline, mobile or WhatsApp)
  • Company or organization (for corporate clients)
  • Position or title (optional)

Service-related data

  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Service date and time
  • Number of passengers
  • Special preferences (child seat, water, temperature, etc.)
  • Flight number (for airport transfers)
  • Additional instructions or observations

Billing data (when applicable)

  • Mexican Tax ID (RFC)
  • Legal or fiscal name
  • Tax regime
  • CFDI usage code
  • Fiscal address (postal code)

Payment data

IMPERA does not collect, store or directly process credit/debit card or bank account data. Payment processing is handled through Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified), which manages all financial information directly and securely.

3. Sensitive personal data

IMPERA does not collect data considered sensitive (racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preference).

4. Purposes of data processing

Primary purposes (necessary for service)

  • Confirming, managing and operating the transportation reservation
  • Assigning vehicle and chauffeur to the contracted service
  • Communicating with you before, during and after the service
  • Processing payment via Stripe
  • Issuing Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) when required
  • Handling complaints, claims, suggestions or requests related to the service
  • Complying with applicable legal, tax or regulatory obligations

Secondary purposes (optional)

If you do not object, we may process your data for:

  • Sending promotions, offers and commercial communications via email or WhatsApp
  • Statistical studies and improvement of our services
  • Invitations to corporate or launch events
  • Requests for testimonials or reviews

If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary purposes, please email contacto@imperamx.com with the subject "Limit data use". This will not affect the services contracted.

5. Data transfers

IMPERA shares your personal data only with the following third parties and for the specified purposes:

Beyond these transfers necessary to operate the service, IMPERA will not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, third-party advertising, or external commercial prospecting without your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights (ARCO)

Under Mexican law, you have the following rights:

  • Access โ€” request information on personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification โ€” correct outdated or inaccurate data
  • Cancellation โ€” request deletion of your data when not needed
  • Opposition โ€” object to specific uses of your data

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to contacto@imperamx.com including:

  1. Full name and contact email
  2. Copy of valid official ID (passport or equivalent)
  3. Clear description of the right you wish to exercise
  4. Any element that allows locating your personal data

We will respond to your request within 20 business days. If applicable, we will execute the requested action within the following 15 business days.

Exercising these rights is free of charge, though you may need to cover justified delivery costs for physical copies.

7. Consent revocation

You may revoke your consent at any time through the same procedure described above. Please note that in some cases, we may still need to process your data to comply with legal obligations.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses technical cookies for proper functioning and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. Cookies may store:

  • Language preference (ES/EN)
  • USD/MXN exchange rate consulted
  • Anonymous navigation data

9. Security measures

IMPERA has implemented reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use or access.

Communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers.

10. Changes to this policy

IMPERA reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

For substantial changes, we will notify you via the email address you provided.

11. Competent authority

If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Mexican National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at home.inai.org.mx or call 800 8354 324.

By using our services, registering, or providing your personal data to IMPERA, you acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy.

Tacit consent: Under Article 8 of the Mexican Federal Law on Personal Data Protection, the Titleholder is deemed to tacitly consent to data processing when, having been made aware of the Privacy Policy, they do not object.
