By booking a service with IMPERA you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use the service.
The service is provided by IMPERA MX, S.A. de C.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with address at [TODO-IMPERA: fiscal address], Tax ID [TODO-IMPERA] and email contacto@imperamx.com.
IMPERA offers executive ground transportation with chauffeur in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. We operate under Mexican federal and local mobility and safety regulations.
A booking is only considered confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with booking number (format IMP-YYYY-NNNNN). Form submission does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet safety or availability criteria.
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Payment is processed upon booking confirmation via Stripe. Corporate accounts apply contractually agreed credit terms.
Standard cancellation policy:
TODO-IMPERA: validate percentages before production. Specific policies apply for corporate services and events per contract.
We commit to: arriving on time (or 5 minutes early), operating the booked vehicle category, providing a vetted and trained chauffeur, maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition, operating with current liability insurance, and handling your data under the Privacy Notice.
The client agrees to: provide accurate booking information, be punctual at the pickup point, treat the chauffeur and vehicle respectfully, not engage in illegal activities or consume prohibited substances during the service, and pay applicable charges in a timely manner.
IMPERA will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (extraordinary traffic, severe weather, demonstrations, emergencies, road closures, among others). We make our best effort to anticipate and mitigate these events but cannot guarantee absolute punctuality under force majeure.
All site content (brand, logo, text, images, code) is property of IMPERA or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms when necessary. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the new Terms.
