These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the provision of executive transportation services offered by IMPERA ELITE SERVICES S.A.S., with Mexican Tax ID (RFC) IES240626TQ3, registered office at Mexico City, Mexico (hereinafter "IMPERA"), through the website imperamx.com, WhatsApp, email, or any other contact channel.

By making a reservation, the User expressly accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from contracting the service.

1. Definitions

  • IMPERA: IMPERA ELITE SERVICES S.A.S., provider of the executive transportation service.
  • User / Client: Natural or legal person contracting the service.
  • Passenger: Person who will use the vehicle (may or may not be the same as the User).
  • Reservation: Confirmed and paid request for transportation service.
  • Chauffeur: Professional bilingual driver assigned by IMPERA.
  • Vehicle: Sedan, SUV or Van operated by IMPERA or its fleet.
  • Service: Point-to-point, airport, hourly or other contracted transfer.

2. Reservation process

  1. User selects service type, route, vehicle, date and time.
  2. Provides contact information (name, email, phone).
  3. Pays total amount through Stripe.
  4. Receives automatic email confirmation with Reservation ID.
  5. 24 hours before service, receives chauffeur details (name and vehicle plate).
  6. Day of service, chauffeur arrives punctually at agreed location.

The reservation is only considered confirmed once IMPERA has received full payment and sent email confirmation.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) excluding VAT. The 16% VAT is added only when the client requests a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI).

USD prices shown on the site are reference only, based on the FIX exchange rate published by Banco de México. The final charge is always in MXN.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment processing is handled through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified platform. IMPERA does not store card data.

Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one shown when the reservation is confirmed.

4. Vehicle categories

IMPERA offers four visible categories on its site:

  • Executive Sedan: Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar (3 passengers, 2 bags)
  • SUV: Full-size executive SUV (6 passengers, 6 bags)
  • Luxury SUV: Cadillac Escalade Platinum or similar (4 passengers, 4 bags)
  • VIP Van: Mercedes Sprinter VIP (7 passengers, 8 bags)

For specialized services (Level III Armored SUV, VIP with special protocol, private aviation/FBO, corporate events), IMPERA offers personalized quotes under specific terms.

IMPERA reserves the right to assign an equivalent or superior vehicle at no additional charge in case of unavailability of the specific model.

5. Cancellation policy

Refunds apply according to the following timeframes:

No-show (see definition below) No refund

No-Show Definition

  • At airport: Client does not appear within 45 minutes after flight landing or agreed pickup time, without prior notice.
  • At other locations: Client does not appear within 15 minutes after agreed time, without prior notice.

Force majeure

In verifiable cases of force majeure (flight cancellation, documented medical emergency, natural disaster), IMPERA offers free rescheduling within 90 days, instead of monetary refund.

To request rescheduling due to force majeure, the User must notify IMPERA as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, and provide documentation proving the event (airline screenshot, medical certificate, etc.).

Cancellation process

User must request cancellation via:

Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect on the User's statement, depending on the issuing bank.

6. User obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at booking
  • Appear punctually at the pickup location
  • Behave respectfully and appropriately toward the chauffeur
  • Not transport illegal substances, weapons, hazardous or flammable materials
  • Not consume excessive alcohol that may cause damage or disturbance
  • Not smoke inside the vehicle
  • Respect the maximum passenger capacity of the contracted vehicle
  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the User or companions

Non-compliance may result in immediate service termination without refund, additional damage charges, or prohibition from contracting future services.

7. Additional charges

Additional charges may apply to the base price in the following cases:

Early morning (00:00 - 05:00) +35% over base fare

Pick Up with wait (routes without specific PU rate) +50% over Drop Off rate
Highway tolls At cost, charged separately
FBO or similar parking At cost, charged separately
Vehicle interior damage (vomit, spills, etc.) From MXN $2,500 (per assessment)
Unscheduled additional stops (P2P) Based on time and distance

Additional charges are communicated to the User before being applied when possible, and are charged through the same payment method used in the original reservation.

8. IMPERA responsibilities

IMPERA commits to:

  • Provide the vehicle in the contracted category (or equivalent/superior)
  • Assign a professional chauffeur with valid license and proper training
  • Maintain the vehicle in optimal cleanliness, safety and operating conditions
  • Carry current liability and passenger insurance
  • Arrive punctually at the agreed location, except in cases of force majeure or extraordinary traffic
  • Maintain confidentiality about the User's trips and routes
  • Comply with traffic laws and applicable regulations

9. Limitation of liability

IMPERA will not be liable for delays or breaches caused by:

  • Fortuitous events or force majeure
  • Extraordinary traffic, protests, road blocks or closures
  • Adverse weather conditions preventing safe travel
  • Government actions (inspections, operations, closures)
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User
  • User absence at the agreed time

IMPERA's maximum liability for any claim related to service provision is limited to the amount effectively paid by the User for that service.

IMPERA is not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal items left in the vehicle. The User is responsible for carrying all belongings at the end of the service.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights over the brand, logo, design, content and code of imperamx.com are exclusive property of IMPERA. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

IMPERA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Please review this page periodically.

Reservations already confirmed will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of confirmation.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
